This office building had an aging and failing roof system which, over time, had allowed water into the property. The resulting damage had left several offices uninhabited and in need of a full renovation. We were contracted to strip the property and carry out a programme of repairs and upgrades.

Requirements

Many of the offices on site remained occupied throughout the duration of the project, requiring a careful and proactive approach to communication. Our extensive project management experience ensured that all our work was completed in a manner that minimised disruption, allowing us to build a good rapport with residents and preventing our team from being seen as a disruptive presence on site. As a result, residents were happy to approach us directly with any questions or comments rather than inconveniencing our client.
